Hot Flashes’ Company
Hot flashes are painful, not only because of the rise of temperature upon attacks. Yes, there are other effects that the rise of body temperature can cause. There is no need to panic when you feel anxiety during an attack; in fact, there are others that tag along.
Accompanying hot flashes are mild to severe heart palpitations, anxiety, or irritability, and panic attacks. On some cases, the panic attacks and hot flashes are separate conditions, yet triggered at almost the same time. These cases happen most especially when a woman has a history of panic attacks. As a precaution, women who have experienced panic attacks in their past should be more careful with menopause and hot flashes. They should consult with a doctor immediately once they feel the beginnings of hot flashes, and the onset of menopause.
However, if the hot flashes are mild and infrequent, perhaps manageable due to prevention, there is no need to treat them. In most cases, as time progresses, the hot flashes will decline, and eventually disappear.
