I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oophorectomy last april. I'm not intrested in HRT due to fibrocystic breast. I went into surgery thinking I had ovarian cancer. I didn't thank God, however I gained a lot of weight and suffer with almost unbearable hot flashes, nausea, and other conditions related to induced menopause. I'm also very fearful of products that have not been FDA approved, sometimes fearful of those too. I am looking for any suggestion that are tried and true.
