I was lucky enough not to have night sweats, but I was constantly bothered by hot flashes every day. It began to affect even the simplest activities I had of taking care of my family and the house, I had to take bathes several times a day, and refused to go out as long as the sun was still up. I was sooooo relieved and happy when I read a review of Menozac in this site. After just a month, it has reduced my hot flashes to almost 50%, and I almost never suffer from them at all. I have no intentions of stopping using Menozac.
It seemed like the older I got, the more grouchy I became, just like the comedy movies about grouchy old men. I couldn't stand being in a room with people, and I couldn't stand being alone, I was just so moody all of the time. I heard about Menozac, and was honestly skeptic, of course, given the state I was in at that time also. As it turned out, since I started the product, I've forgotten about mood swings and depression, and was just my old state again. I just love it!

My severe all day long hot flashes and all night long night sweats have reduced my quality of life to that of a near vegetable. I have tried countless "natural" remedies with little or no success. I'm not even considering HRT,as I am at high risk for breast cancer. Bioidenticals are just not in my price range. I can't even imagine going on like this anymore. Any thoughts?
Menozac was GREAT in the beginning, but over the course of six months, it lost it's ability to minimize hot flashes. They are now back with a vengeance, and I have not found anything to tame them.
@Amanda Landing: My hot flashes are so severe. It feels like every nerve in my body is a little heater and they are all turned to the highest setting at the same time. I don't take HRT because breast cancer runs rampid in Mom's family. Does anyone know how long we have to suffer this? Your message was in 2008. It is now 2012. Are you still taking Menozac?
