I was lucky enough not to have night sweats, but I was constantly bothered by hot flashes every day. It began to affect even the simplest activities I had of taking care of my family and the house, I had to take bathes several times a day, and refused to go out as long as the sun was still up. It seemed like the older I got, the more grouchy I became, just like the comedy movies about grouchy old men. I couldn't stand being in a room with people, and I couldn't stand being alone, I was just so moody all of the time. I heard about Menozac, and was honestly skeptic, of course, given the state I was in at that time also. As it turned out, since I started the product, I've forgotten about mood swings and depression, and was just my old state again. I just love it!
